A chance to explore the school and community, child and young person mental health projects and resources across Wales lasting around 30 minutes with 15 minutes for questions and queries at the end.

Help is available

DYK around 1 in 5 women and 1 in 10 men will develop a mental health concern, such as #anxiety or low mood, during the #perinatal period. Also help availble to help your children. New programme Space for Perinatal Wellbeing can help you improve #wellbeing and feel better.

The Welsh Government believes that all young people should have the right to access information that keeps them safe from harm. The Sleep Charity

Having a sleep issue is surprisingly common. At any given time up to 40% of adults and 50% of children (this rises to 80% with a SEND diagnosis) have difficulties with their sleep.
